Today I'm releasing madExcept 5.1.2 with the following improvements (compared to 5.1.0):
(1) added support for Delphi 11
(2) HTTP uploads: added TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2, SSL 3.0
(3) small change to make new Mantis versions happy
