custom exception box shows madExcept 4 non commercial

Hi,

After installing madExcept 5 (with license file) I am getting an madExcept 4 non-commercial edition line in my custom exception box.

I have tried to uninstall / re-install but something is left over somewhere that is making it think that I am running version 4.

Any suggestions.
