Create Remote Shares

Is it possible to create shares on remote systems on a network using these functions?

For instance, can I create a new share on a computer on my network (provided I have the access rights)?

Is this possible with Windows at all?

It might be possible by using NetShareAdd directly, when you are logged into the domain and have enough privileges. However, madSecurity currently doesn't support that.
