Is it possible, and could this be new feature if not already, that user could put multiple emails to the bug report.
Normally not big of a deal, but is person need response fast but canä't access work email on the road etc. So could put multiple emails.
Depending on the process anyone want's for sure. would the multiple emails be allowed or not.

Which emailing method are you using?
If you're using SMTP or the local mail client, then you can enter multiple email addresses, separated by comma.
If you're using a custom php upload script on your own webserver, then it's the job of your php script to decide whom to send emails to.
