We have many installations of our Program and constantly receiving error reports
We would like to run some analytics or even have a Dashboard with different KPIs
In order to be in a better position to know what to fix first, what is affecting more clients etc.
Is there a software like this or we would need to write it our self?

Hi there,

there are some services like e.g. Mantis, BugZilla or Fogbugz, but they're more targetted at general error reports and support requests, not specific to crashes. If you're looking for some sort of crash management database, I think there are such services available, too, but I don't have a link available right now. I might consider adding something relatively simple for madExcept 5.0, but I'm not sure yet.

I can use a bugzila account that would only take feeds from madExcept crashes and have some dashboards on top of it.
does that make sense?

Sure, should work, I think. Whether it's exactly what you wanted I can't say.
