Default Settings

Post by ZSL »

Delphi XE; madExecpt 4.0.14

- In the "exception box settings" tab I un-check all the checkboxes
- I then click the Default check box
- I then create a new project
- For the new I open madExcept setting
- I check the "enable madExcept"
- In the "exception box settings" tab the "close application" checkbox is checked

Please advise if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong.

TIA

It's not a bug. At least one button out of "continue/close/restart" must be active, otherwise the exception box would stay visible "forever".

I now understand.

I just thought that setting the "automatically show bug report" to false would have negated that requirement.

Now that I know the rule it will be fine.

Thanks.
