do you plan to integrate other issue trackers?
the reason i stay on mantis is now the integration in madexcept ...
i would be interested in:
- redmine
- chiliproject (redmine fork)

Integrating support for other issue trackers is theoretically possible, but it's quite a bit of work. How "well known" are those issue trackers? I can't afford to spend the time if only one customer is going to use those trackers. Do they have a web API which I could use to request information and to create new issue entries?

Redmine is widely used for project management. I have used it for a few years now and even integrated madExcept exceptions into it by sending an email to an imap email and having redmine check that imap email and create a new issue for each email found.
But I have recently moved to Mantis just for bug reports, as I find it's a better fit. Redmine is excellent for project managament but I don't find it very friendly for exceptions, specially when you have dozens if not hundreds of new tickets being created for similar if not equal issues.
