Compile error - different version

Hi,

I have un installed an old version of madExcept an installed the
latest version. But I get the error message:

[Fatal Error] Project1.dpr(9): Unit madListHardware was compiled with a different version of madExcept.RegReadStr

Any ideas ... thanks for any help.

Please uninstall again and then search your harddisk for "mad*.*" files. Remove all files which belong to madCollection. Probably you've once copied madExcept.pas to your project folder or something like that. After you've cleaned up everything, reinstall and the problem should be gone.
