Suggestion: Add Windir to TOS

The TOS class is very useful, I would suggest to add a property "windir" to it, which may be very handy.

Well, there's lots of stuff I could potentially add to TOS, e.g. which language is being used, who registered Windows, etc etc. But that would blow up TOS. Right now its main use it to just help with Windows version detection. So adding the windows folder to it is a bit outside of the original purpose, I think.
