Is your software related to codejak? If you look here, one of the screenshots is the madexcept dialog.

Yes, CodeJak uses madExcept as part of its solution. I'm not sure how much of a finished project CodeJak is, though, last time I heard it was still somewhat of a work in progress. But I'm not really sure, you'd have to ask them.
