Hi guys,
i'd like to know if any of you has some hint about how to get those DMI informations about a system (hardware stuff, software, etc.) ?
i need it for one of my applications...
any API function or link to documentation would be great enough !
thanks !
Guillaume
DMI informations
Not that fun, true, but... can be ...

Anyway, I've no idea what DMI is. Never heard of it.
have you ever used aida32 ? or, if you have a MSI motherboard, the PC Alert III application ?
those useful utilities are able to list precisely the hardware stuff (RAM model and speed, etc...)
but if you've never heard of, no problem... that was just a small question
thanks any way
Best regards,
Guillaume
Try the latest madExcept beta build:
http://madshi.net/madCollectionBeta.exe
Then compile a test application with madExcept and raise a test exception. The bug report should now contain a full hardware list in both OS families (win9x / winNT). Is that what you need?
