This is very confusing. The folder is named madExcept5 internally, but it's supposed to be renamed to madExcept. I wonder why that doesn't work. Maybe the AV product is blocking access because it's in the process of analyzing some files in that folder? Wild guess, might be completely inaccurate. But I guess if it's working for you now, there's no need to search further.
