Installation with old license

Hi,
My company has a commercial site license and I was trying to install the latest release (3.1.3). The installer showed a popup saying I needed to renew my license:
\-----
| Your key file is valid, but outdated.
|
| Please send your key file to madshi@gmail.com to get a new one.
| Of course the replacement is free of charge for you.
/-----
I clicked OK on the popup and the install proceeded. However, I don't see 64-bit lib installed on my system, only 32-bit lib is installed (C:\Program Files (x86)\madCollection\madCodeHook\Header & Libs\madCHook32.lib).
Could it be that 64-bit libs will not be installed without the license being renewed?
Thanks.
