0xc0000005 error on madCollection/madCollectionBeta install

Hi!

We have just bought the madExcept and when we start the file madCollection.exe or madCollectionBeta.exe we get an error (0xc0000005) two times and then the installer exits. We get it on every machine (WinXP, Delphi 7).
Please help!

How big is the exe file? It should be around 19MB. My best guess is that the download wasn't fully completed or got damaged somehow. I'd suggest to empty your browser cache and to try downloading it again.

The problem is solved. Our Zywall hardware firewall's antivirus module has ripped some part from the exe. Thanks for your help!
