I am using madExcept4. So that was not the problem. However the second option was the problem. For some reasons I really had some madCollection packages in "Disabled Packages" (written with a space). I deleted them, restarted BCB and I see the menues again.

I can't see "madException settings..." under Project-menu and not either "madExcept" in Tools-menu on C++ Builder X3. On another machine it works fine, but I do not see what is the difference. How can I register it manually? I am talking about the latest download of madCollection...
