No. I am not saying this is a bug in madexcept .
It was problem in user's computer.
So, I am requesting a feature in madexcept to help us, developers, to identify such problems (in users computer).
"It would be nice if madshi madexcept would include into the report details about VM"

Feature request - Show VM ussage
I got a bug report saying "Out of memory" but the larges free available block was HUGE. After discussing with the user I got this: "The error occurred when the virtual memory usage of a videogame I was playing reached 100%, even if the physical memory load was about 65%." It woul...

Where is the MAD file saved?
Hi. I have the "Automatically save bug report" option checked (only if the bug report didn't get sent is not checked).
But I can't find the mad file in application's folder or in AppData folder.
Where is that file saved?

How to get attachements as a single file?
Hi I get many bug reports by email. I would like to have them sorted by folders. When I drag and drop them from my email client, they all have the same name, and the new dragged files will overwrite the old/existing ones (on disk). it is quite painful to rename them all manually. And then you have t...

How to put BugID in file name?
I would like to have the BUGID in the mad/png file that is sent by email (as attachment). Preferably, both names will also have appended a unique ID (same for both the PNG and MAD file). Maybe a timestamp could be used as ID. This is already done in the email subject line. Reason: this way, if I hav...

Re: Is there a compare between MadExcept and Eurekalog
Indeed too many people complaining about v7. v7 is a dramatic step backwards compared to v6. FWIW, if a developer cannot reproduce a bug, it's really hard to fix. So I understand they asked for a test project. I sometimes do that, too. That doesn't mean that I'm not trying to help in other ways if a...

Re: Is there a compare between MadExcept and Eurekalog
I liked EurekaLog 6. Last year I got a license for v7 hoping that it is waaaay much better than v6. Turns out it is simply unstable. And the GUI is even more confusing that in v6. So, I returned to v6 (they have a good reason for which they still offer the few years old v6 in their download page). A...
