I have a user getting this error with madExcept 2.7j:

An exception occurred during composing the bug report. $418b10

The app is run from the network and only she has a problem, everyone else is fine. Any ideas?

I am having a problem with users not sending in reports. A lot of them just send a screen shot of the report dialog. This seems to be worse with madExcept v3. I think they just don't understand what to do. Any ideas as to how to improve this situation?

Someone from the MS groups thinks the User group should always already have read access to the Program Files group. Is it possible the madCollection installer is overwriting these perms?

I just installed MadCollectionVista. On starting Delphi I get an error for every mad bpl: Can't load package...Access is denied... How do I get rid of these errors?
